The Gap We Were Built to Fill
Motor vehicle OEMs in commercial vehicles, powersports, RV, marine, and heavy equipment have been making major dealer network decisions about where to grow, who to add, and who to cut, without the same analytical infrastructure available to light vehicle OEMs. The methods exist. They just hadn't been applied here.
We built our analytics practice and the IDEAS platform around the specific questions OEM dealer development and sales ops teams need to answer. Not generic business intelligence tools repurposed for dealer data, but purpose-built software and methodology for how dealer networks work, how PMAs function, and how market potential gets measured at the dealer level.
After years of work with commercial vehicle and powersports OEMs including Isuzu, KTM, Kawasaki, Suzuki, and Hino, we have built the dealer network and consumer analytics capability that most OEMs can't find anywhere else, purpose-built for how their industries actually work.
Our Approach
We begin every engagement with a discovery conversation rather than a product demonstration. The goal is to understand the business situation: the data available, the decisions that need to be made, and the constraints that exist, before we recommend any analytical approach or software. The discovery conversation is free and is often clarifying by itself.
Our senior analysts stay involved in client work throughout every engagement, well beyond the sale and kickoff. The value of dealer network analytics, location theory, and propensity modeling comes from how the analysis is interpreted and applied to specific business decisions, and that interpretation requires senior expertise from start to finish.
Our IDEAS platform and analytical frameworks are built to adapt to the client's existing data model, business vocabulary, and reporting processes. The goal is never to require a client to restructure how they work in order to benefit from the analysis.
Our Team
A small, senior team that stays close to the analysis and to the clients who rely on it.
