Screen Scraping & Dealer Data Collection

We operate a proprietary national dealer tracking database built through ongoing screen scraping of publicly available data across more than 55 motor vehicle brands. This gives us, and clients who access it, a current picture of dealer add/drop activity, brand distribution, and competitive dealer movement across the U.S. that is not available from standard industry sources like MIC registration data alone.

Survey Design & Administration

We design and administer digital survey programs for motor vehicle OEMs, covering customer satisfaction (CSI), dealer operations audits, B2B attitude and awareness research, and EV prospect qualification. Programs are designed to maximize response rates, move away from legacy paper-based processes, and deliver results in structured digital formats that feed directly into reporting systems.

Call Center Programs

We operate call center programs for motor vehicle OEM clients, covering outbound prospect qualification, follow-up with show leads and inquiry contacts, and research calling to gather data not accessible through digital channels. Our call center staff are trained on technically complex subject matter including EV truck specifications, state incentive programs, and payload and range performance, so they can support prospects through technically involved sales cycles.

Custom Modeling & Analysis

One-off analytical projects including parts decay studies, equipment value retention modeling, market sizing exercises, cluster analysis, and any question where the answer matters more than whether a tool already exists to answer it.

Customer Experience Intelligence

How a customer is treated when they call or visit a dealership rarely shows up in sales data. We run secret shopper programs that capture the customer experience at the dealership, by phone and in person, and we operate programs that collect consumer ratings from Google Business reviews and Yelp to track dealer reputation at scale. Together they show OEMs how the retail experience is performing, dealer by dealer.
